2. Services

Credit Blooms provides rent payment reporting services to credit bureaus, credit-building tools, financial wellness resources, and related services as described in your selected membership plan.

3. Membership & Billing

Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You will be billed monthly according to your selected plan on the same date each month. You may cancel your membership at any time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have 3 days from your membership start date to cancel and receive a full refund of your initial payment. To cancel within this window, contact us at support@creditblooms.com or through our Contact page. After the 3-day period, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not remove previously reported rent payment history from your credit file.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes Disclaimer

Credit Blooms provides credit education, financial wellness resources, and membership-based support. Credit Blooms does not guarantee credit score increases, funding approvals, loan approvals, deletions, or specific financial outcomes. Results vary based on each individual's credit profile, payment history, account activity, lender requirements, and other factors. Credit scores are determined by credit bureaus based on multiple factors, and Credit Blooms cannot control how bureaus weigh or calculate your score.

7. Limitation of Liability

Credit Blooms reports accurate payment information but does not guarantee specific credit score outcomes. We are not responsible for credit decisions made by lenders or other third parties. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and Credit Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
